Norman Sarajinsky has been guiding clients through legal issues around small businesses, conveyancing, probate law and any issues requiring legal assistance for almost 40 years. After graduating from the Faculty of Law of Sydney University, he joined the Australian Legal Aid office in 1974. Following several years work dealing with family and criminal law with Legal Aid, Norman joined a private practice in Hurstville.
Building on a reputation for precision and finding solutions, Norman went into private practice as a sole practitioner. Since assuming responsibility for Emery Berg and Co. in 1988, he has continued practicing commercial, corporate, property and real estate law. The firm formally became Sarajinsky & Co in 1997.
Peter Klimt has recently come on board Sarajinsky and Co as a full time consultant. Peter is admitted to practice in all courts and tribunals in New South Wales and those courts exercising Commonwealth jurisdiction.
In addition to his Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Sydney (LLB) he also holds a Masters Degree in Dispute Resolution from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS). He is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia.
